when stress strikes you .. 


in life , i've learned a lot of things . and that is how i can actually defy what is life for . when life gives you shit , you always have to remember , that shit is only temporary . there are days where you feel like life is so beautiful . there are days where you feel like life gives you thousand reasons why you should enjoy it . and there are also days where you feel like giving up with life . sometimes you do feel like life isn't fair with you , but ha ha , life is not a human that can be fair or not . there are also days where you're depressed about so many things . chill , don't blame yourself for making your life become worst . i've learned that the one and only thing that can make your life become better , that can release your stress is by , solat and reading al-Quran . yes , i can tell you that it works , really . a sense of calm is there . many people think that to release your stress is by smoking , shisha-ing or clubbing . but that is totally wrong . bukan ke all these stuffs lagi membawa kepada memudarat kan kesihatan ? exactly ! we all know that smoking , shisha-ing is really dangerous . and so do clubbing . tapi actually , benda tu la yang selalu ramai orang buat to release their stresses . why is that ? rasa macam bodoh kan ? to be honest , i do feel like i wanted to do all that when i'm in the situation yang TERAMAT STRESS . and after all , i do feel like i am such an idiot . baik ambil wudu' , solat . feel so much better .

dear readers , do remember that everything happens for a reason . if today isn't your day , maybe tommorow ? maybe the day after ? or the day after after ? do not give up in life no matter what happens .
